This video course is for people who would like to control the hula hoop on all areas of the body - waist / hips/ chest/ shoulders / legs - and DANCE while doing it! We will work on training for isolated movement across all areas of the body, including techniques to help you generate power and move with ease, while you hoop dance.   • Do I have to finish this course in 4 weeks?

    No! Our online courses are entirely self-paced and you have access to them for the 'lifetime' of the course. Feel free to go as slow (or as fast) as you like!

  • Is this course suitable for beginners?

    While we do touch on the basics of waist hooping in Module 1 of this course, the techniques covered are more suitable for people who have been hula hooping for a little while or been through our Foundations of Hoop Dance course.
